What is included in the subscription plans?

Can I cancel anytime?


- Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

For Website Sign-ups:

- If you signed up via the Pastor John Digital Media website, you can cancel your subscription within your Account Dashboard on the website.

- Follow these steps to cancel:

1. Login to your account.

2. Go to Account Details from the main menu.

3. Select Billing.

4. Select Cancel Membership.

Important Notes:

- We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next payment date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

- Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds or pro-rate the remaining subscription.

- You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

- Canceling your subscription means you will lose the rate you joined at, and if prices increase, you will be subject to the new rate if you rejoin.

For App Sign-ups:

- As of now, there is no mobile app for Pastor John Digital Media. Please cancel your subscription directly through the website.

This version reflects your current platform and clears up any app-related confusion.

Can I get refund?

We do not issue refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or similar reasons.

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your prepaid period (either at the end of the month or year, depending on your subscription), as we do not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the prepaid period ends.

Please check your current subscription and billing date to ensure you cancel before your next billing cycle, should you wish to end your subscription on pastorjohndigitalmedia.tv .

How do I reset my password?

Steps to reset your password:

  1. From the login page, select FORGOT PASSWORD beneath the login credentials

  2. Add your email address when prompted

  3. Go to your email provider, and open the email sent from Powershot

  4. Click the link

  5. Choose a new password and add it when prompted

  6. Save your password somewhere safe :)

How do I change my subscription?

To change your current subscription, please go to your account dashboard, click purchase. Here you will see your current plan, click on change and choose your desired plan.

What are the payment methods

- We only use Stripe for all payments.

- For all regions, you can pay using your credit or debit card via Stripe.

- Simply enter your credit or debit card information to complete your subscription payment.

- No PayPal account is required as we do not use PayPal for payments.

This simplifies the payment method description and aligns with your use of Stripe exclusively.

Can I access my content on different devices?

Yes, you can access your content on a computer, tablet, or phone by logging into pastorjohndigitalmedia.tv on any web browser. Apple and Android apps will be available soon, providing additional access options.

Can I download the content?

Members can only consume the content from our portal but can not download it on their devices as this is a subscription.


Within our mobile apps, members will be able to download the content for offline viewing.

How to clear browsers errors when a page is not loading


If you’re experiencing errors or pages not loading, you may need to clear your browser’s cache to remove outdated information stored on your device. Here’s how:

For Safari Browser:

1. In Safari, tap the book icon at the bottom.

2. Tap the clock icon, then tap Clear.

3. Choose how much of your browsing history to clear.

For Chrome Browser:

1. On your phone or iPad, open the Chrome app.

2. At the bottom, tap More (...).

3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.

4. Ensure there's a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."

5. Tap Clear browsing data.

For Other Browsers:

- Follow a similar process to clear cache and cookies.

On a Computer:

- Press CTRL + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac) to reload the page.
